Objectives

Set Up
40x46 yards. Split half (2 areas adjoined areas of 20x46 yards. Goal on each side of the area.
Rules and Conditions
GK or mini goals inside small goals. Each team has defenders that have to stay in the defensive area, attackers that have to stay in the attacking area and midfielders that can move between areas. Neutral players play in wide areas outside of playing area and can move up and down the line to support the ball. Team players are to work the ball out to neutral players in the wide areas. Crosses can only come from defensive side of the area.

Set Up
Half field split into 3 (18:34:18).
Rules and Conditions
6v6 with GK's. Players play regular scrimmage rules with the following point system:
1 point for scoring in main goal.
Players play as usual. When players access the safe zone (wide area inside the midfield area) they cannot be challenged. Players can only score on a first time finish from a cross from the crossing zone.

Play free, one time finishes from crosses from the cross zone count for three.
