Description:
1 Ball starting with player B, goalkeepers to work at a the same time. Goalie A will move from starting point red disc and receive a an under arm pass to the Goalie B . Goalie A will then move in between position 1 & 2 whilst goalie B will move in mirror sequence to the next ball. repeat all the way to the end.
this will then be repeat in reverse back to the start where the goalies will swap.

Description
Ball starts with player B who will roll the ball to player A (starting position between red disk and pole 1). Keeper A will preform the barrier or knee drop. receive the ball and roll it back to player B. Both goalie will move from pole to pole preforming this action. Once they have reached the end of the setup they then move back up to the starting point preforming the same actions.

this will then be repeat in reverse back to the start where the goalies will swap.

One touch and move quickly on toes to next station.
Goalie A can take a touch and maneuver up and around the pole and back in to position to receive the next pass - pace and endurance.
