Prevent ball going through middle, get into the habit of moving laterally quickly (sliding across to cover gaps). There will be punishment for more than 10 passes completed in a row.
Whoever makes the error goes into the middle along with the person to their left.

2x Mini Goals, Cones + Flat Markers, Balls, At least 2 Sets of Bibs.
Explanation: 45m wide x 35m long Game, 6 v 6 or similar. Wide channels marked (flat markers ideally) 7m in from each sideline. Coach (Yellow) serves from sideline.
Rule: When Ball is in Either Zone A or B (Wide Channels), the BPO team cannot have any players in the opposite zone, they must all squeeze centrally (M Zone) or to where the ball is.
Scoring: 1 point for normal goal with build up play, 2 points if you score a goal where the build up passes through all 3 zones (switching point of attack).
Evaluation: Are the players scanning to look for an open teammate? Are we seeing them utilise all 3 zones to move the ball around and create openings?
Timing: 20 mins (2x 10 min halves + 1 min HT Break).
