7pm to 8pm: 10's and 14's exercise 1-2. Under 12's tactical with Andy.
8-8:30pm: 10's SSG 3, 12's and 14's SSG 2.
8:30pm: 12's and 14's SSG 4.

Time: 20 Minutes
Organisation:
-Same grid set up as previous exercise.
-One ball between entire group.
Exercise:
-Nominate a team to be common players.(Yellow).
-Other teams play versus each other.
-Red aim to keep possession of the ball by playing to each other and using the common player.
-If blue team win possession then roles reverse and they keep ball and use common players.
-Play 5 minutes then switch teams around.
-All teams face each other and do common player roles.
-Coach add some form of scoring system if wish to do so.
Objective:
-Aim to fiund and use the extra players in tight situations.
Key Points:
- As previous plus fast movement off the ball when making pass to find the space and lose a defensive presser.

Time: 20 Minutes
Organisation:
-Extend grid in one direction by 5 yards plus 3 small goals each end.
-Players split the same.
Exercise:
-Same rules and principles as the previous drill but this time have scoring targets.
-Red score one way and blue the other.
-As previous play 3x5 minute periods and rotating as previous.
Objective:
-Get goalscoring opportunities under pressure.
Key Points:
-All as previous plus getting a finishing end product.

Time: 30 Minutes
Organisation:
-30x20 grid set up by pull out goals.
-Split players into 4 even teams.
3 teams inside grid and one outside.
Exercise:
-Blue are attckers and red defenders.
-Green are common players inside the grid and yellow common outside.
-Blue aim to score by using all common players to try and score.
-If red win ball then they can counter attack through 3 small goals.
-Play 5 minute periods and switch teams around.
Objective:
-To get high tempo quick passing with end product.
Key Points:
- Use common players to retain ball and overload defenders.

Time: 30 Minutes
Organisation:
-Pitch across the width of the 3G with the pull out goals.
-Split players into 3 teams in 7 a side set up 2-3-1.
-2 teams on pitch and one on side as common players.
Exercise:
-Play 3 10 minute periods.
-Play regular 7v7 rules.
- Switch teams after each 10 minute period.
Objective:
-Continued familiarality in team formation.

-Pitches across the 3G in each half.
-12's teams put into teams of 3-2-3
14's teams at 3-1-3-1
Exercise:
-Play 2 15 minute periods.
-Brief feedback and chat in between the 15 minute periods.
Objective:
-Work on positional play linked to formation.

Organisation:
-20x20 or 15x15 grid.
-Split players into 3 even groups in each grid.
-Each group of players has a ball between them.
Exercise:
-3 groups inside the grid pass and move the ball.
-All groups must use all the space in the grid and keep moving.
-Start with no limitation on passes for 3 minutes then.
-3 minutes 2 touch, 3 minutes 1 touch.
Objective:
-To be able to retain possession of the ball in tight spaces.
Key Points:
-Find space in the area.
-Look up for team mate to pass to.
