Time: 30 Minutes
Organisation:
-40x20 grids (potentially 3)
-Split players into groups of 10.
-Set up players as illustrated as above.
Exercise:
-Red team in zone one start in possession.
-They can link up with common player (yellow) to get ball into zone 2 by running with the ball.
-If succesful they then attempt to get the ball into the blue teams scoring zone.
-If blue team win the ball then they cointer attack and attempt to score themselves.
-Play 8-10 minute spells and switch common players
Note:
-Players initially stay in each zone except the player who runs into the next one, when play finishes they then move back to their zone.
-If success low allow both common players to move zones.

Organisation:
-Set up 2 pitches of 40x30 (approx).
-Split players into 3 zones.
-Teams are set into teams of 6 with 3 common players.
Exercise:
-Same regulations as the previous exercise but expand further with 3 zones.
-Play 10 minutes spells and switch with teams on other pitch.

Time: 10 Minutes
Organisation:
-Set up grids of 20x20
-Place 2 stations inside the grid
-Split players arond the grid and two inside at stations 2.
Exercise:
-Red 1 and red 2 exchange passes.
-Red 1 then runs forward with the ball and goes past red 2, who acts as a passive defender.
-Red 1 then passes to red 3.
-Red 1 and 2 swap places.
-Same sequence runs then with the blues then back and forth with reds.
