Intro to BOTB

  • Balls start on green cone; player 1 dribbles to red cone, halfway does a skill move (scissors, step overs, L-cuts), at green does a skill turn (pullbacks, cutbacks, Cryuffs) and passes to player 2, 
  • Player 2 checks shoulder receives pass and passes to player #3,
  •  Player #3 bounces ball to player #4 who receives pass dribbles before poles/cones

Progression 1- Adding 1-2/combo

  • Same as warm up phase, now just adding a 1-2 on the outside with players #3 & #4
  • Player #1 dribbles, does skill move, skill turn, passes to #2
  • Player #2 passes to player #3 ( who is checking in)
  • Player #3 on the half turn bounces ball to player #4
  • Player #4 receives or bounces pass back to player #3, then bounces pass back to player #4 who then takes a shot.
