- 傳球的質素和力度,傳球用腳內側,控球用鞋底(5人足球技術)

- 要維持持球者左右兩邊有支援

- 要快跑支援,身體要張開,身體方向永遠向球場

- 觀察防守球員位置和傳球路線

- 5V5分隊賽,包括守門員

- 陣式1-2-1

- 另有2名球員先於場邊做控傳球練習,定時換人

KEY POINTS:

- 持球球員要有左、右、前3點支援,因應防守球員位置決定傳球方向

- 支援球員須要留意支援的位置、身體張開側身支援、而且要最快跑

去支援

- 要SHOUDLER CHECK,判斷回傳球或控球轉身

- 要有傳球質素

- 隊友需溝通(眼神/言語/身體動作)

- 利用球場的深度和闊度作支援
