Sharks (handball)
1 player starts as a defender and the remaining players line up on one side of the square with a ball each.
- Players hold the ball in their hands, while the defender tries to tag the ball
- The objective is to successfully run to the opposite side without being tagged.
- Once a player is tagged they join the defender. Repeat until only one runner remains.
Coaching
- Teach players to change direction, speed, and to "hide the ball"

Warm Up part 2: Skill channels.
Set Up: 15 yard long channel in 3 sections. Players in 2 lines with a ball each
Organization:
1) Players dribble using a different technique in each section
- left/right only. Inside of both feet, Sole of both feet
2) players choose their own combinations of techniques
3) Players dribble in zig-zag patterns using different turns at each side of the channel
4) Players begin at opposite ends of the channel, avoiding each other as they dribble

Warm Up:
Daily 5 minute dribbling warm up (TIP activities). Challenge players to increase speed as technique improves.
Technical Practice - Unapposed/semi opposed
Skill Coridor
Prescribed - Creative. Forcus on use of the outside of the foot and turns to protect the ball.
Set Up: 10 yard wide channel 15-20 yards long.
Organization:
Players dribble zig-zag down the channel and back down the outside.
- Dribbling using outside / laces of the foot.
- Turn with a outside touch and spin
- Stepover turn
- L-Turn
- Finish with players choosing their own turns.
** Keep the activitiy at a high tempo (pull players out to coach).
Multiple players can go together to create a need for awareness while dribbling.

3v2 - To Endzones
Set Up - 30x30 area / 7+ players
Organization:
- Ball is passed in to the team of 3, who must try to dribble over the endline
- 2 new defenders every time the ball is played in.
- Defenders try to win the ball and score in the small goal
- Switch the 3 attacking 3 players every 60-90 seconds

Arrival Game - 2v1
Set Up - 10x10 fields, groups of 3. one mini-goal per field.
Organization.
- Team of 2 try to combine to dribble over the end-line
- When the defender wins the ball, they try to score in the goal
- 60 Seconds then rotate positions.
Coaching Points:
- Can coach the 2 on spacing and decisions to play forward.
- The defender in individual defending, or 1v1 play once the ball is won.
