Method:
- 11v11
- Full pitch
- 1-4-3-3 (1-2) Reds vs. 1-4-2-3-1 Blues
Coaching Points:
- 4&5 drop inside the box to receive the ball from the GK
- As 4 receives, his first touch should be forward, 2 drops slightly and is ready to receive with an open body shape.
- As 2 receives to play forward, 7 makes a dummy run down the line to create space for 10.
- 10 moves into wide area to pick up straight pass from 3 and has several forward options ahead of him to continue the attack (7, 8, 9).
