Set Up:
- 2 mini goals either side of the pitch
- square in the centre with balls
- cones either side with all teams
Rules:
- players from each team can get a ball to score or dribble into their goal
- after their go they run back to their team and the next player gan go.
- most goals scored after all balls are gone wins

Two teams. One on either side of the goal.
In pairs the teams race to the 25 by passing the ball through each gap in the cones. Ball has to go through each gap. Once the first team makes it to the 25 coach blows the whistle and they attack to goal and the other team becomes defenders trying to take the ball out of the D.
Can make variations with less/more players or different skills to 25.

Set Up:
- 2 teams 4-8 players each
- Coach has all balls.
Drill:
- coach places ball anywhere in quarter and one team receives a free hit at this spot.
- at every breakdown of play except for free hits the coach places a new ball an rewards a free hit.
Coaching Points:
Feel free to ’slow’ down drill and pause every time a new free hit is awarded to talk about positioning etc..
Defensive:
- Speed of set up: how quickly can defensive team mark up and place defender infront of ball
- close the inside first and push ball carrier to outside
Attacking:
- play to space
- stretch the field early
- give ball carrier left foot option
