Organization: 3 goals, 3 lines of players, 1 receiver.
Instructions: Players to be passed the ball, receive it and turn and shoot into the goal infront of them, then become the receiver. Receivers to dribble the ball back to the start.
Coaching Points: Ball out infront of you, head up, non-kicking foot next to the ball, strike through the top half of the ball with your laces, chin-knee-toe in line on contact, follow through.
Progressions:
- Wrong foot
- Timed practice with points

Organization: Same practice but every team to nominate a goalkeeper who goes in goal for another group.
Instructions: Teams to go one at a time to shoot at the goal infront of them. If they score they get a point for their team. If the goalkeeper saves a shot, they get a point for their team.
Coaching Points: Same as before + look at the goalkeepers positioning before shooting and adjust your shot accordingly.
Progressions:
- Keep point scores for your team
- Score with wrong foot gains more points.

Organization: 5v5 players in the middle grid, 1 goalkeeper.
Instructions: Players to make 2/3 passes and then get the chance to shoot. Keep the scores between the teams.
Coaching Points:
- Head up before striking the ball
- Aim for corners, low and hard.
Progressions/Regressions:
- More / less passes before shooting
- Allowed to take a touch with no pressure before shooting

Instructions: Look for space and look to keep a team shape.

Warm up (10 mins)
Organization: Players to have a partner and a pinnie between them. Balls to be in the middle with two players to be the 'blasters'
Instructions: Blasters to try and hit the balls of the other players hitting them below the waist. If the ball hits them or they let go of the pinnie they become on. Play until everyone is out.
Coaching Points: Use of laces to strike the ball, good touch out of feet to set up the strike.
