2v1 Transition (15 mins)
Organization: Field is 15x30
Instructions:
Teams play 2v1 transition game. The player that takes a shot goes back in line and the other teammate stays in and defend. If the defending team wins the ball and score/shoot they stay in.
5 min games, losing team does sprints.
Coaching Points:
1. Speed on the dribble 2. Creating the separation by making moves/skills 3. When having open space, take shots 4. Reaction after attacking to defending.
