Pattern to Goal
Ball starts with AM who plays into CF. CF sets and AM plays wide to WM who then dribbles and beats defender and crosses into the box. The AM and CF attack the ball and shoot on goal.
Variations of pattern:
- FB overlaps WM and crosses
- WM sets back to FB who crosses first time
Coaching points:
- Positive 1st touch to drive at defender
- Positive attitude of AM and CF to get in box
- Pass vs set
- Quality cross into box
