Active dribbling, moving, passing from Forwards (wide and Target 9)

Wide Player Dribbles At pace toward the Manequin (DEF) and Target 9 runs Underlap or Overlap
Wide player can play a "slip pass" in and between Manequin and Target 9 or play opposite side of Manequin based on timing, etc
Players should change up the runs, the pass, the decision. shoot or pass back to Runner
Dribbling Wide player can even Fake the pass and dribble inside to shoot.
(B)
Starting Player takes a touch to trigger the Target 9 on a Run, Starting Player plays a pass into the Run of the Target and then sprints across (inside) toward the goal
(i) Target player can Play back into the run of the Winger or can take a touch positive on the run to strike a shot
(ii) If Winger receives the pass back, they can take a touch and shoot or play back into the run of the Target 9 player
(iii) Pull off and Open / Spins / Etc
Activity is based on what they feel and what they see, but should be REALISTIC and SHARP

Pattern to finish into 4v4 based on team that scores first or closest to scoring...
Pattern: MF 8/10 into Target 9 - Lay back for MF 8/10 to play into run of 7/11 for shot or slotted ball for opposite 7/11 and 9 to attck and get on the end of.
Once the pattern from both is done (at the same time) Coach/Server plays a ball into the "winning" team and they play quick 4v4 trying to get a goal. Once the ball is done (GK catch, Ball out, Missed Shot) there is a new set and new groups.
Games should be quick and fast paced and attacking movemets and passes should happen to draw defenders or get into space.

Quick Strike / Quick React
Quick Touch and Strike with quick return and quality Pass. Aggressive and Fast paced
- Players receive a pass from "serving" lines, and pass to the shooter in two touches (quality but quick)
- Player that receives for the shot takes an open touch and strikes on frame
- Passing player returns to opposite serving line
- Shooter now received the next pass from "serving" line and plays to new shooter
- Server becomes the new shooter
