Session Organization:

  • 3 servers and 1 defender
  • cones set up same as last activity
  • GK checks to server 1 and receives ball
  • defender 1 starts next to server 1, then moves to put pressure on GK and block passing lanes to s2 or s3,
  • GK has to scan to find open server and play the ball to them quickly
  • the server that receives ball can pass it to any of the other servers
  • Next action is a two touch shot
