Coach plays ball towards end of area.
Break when 1 team scores 5 goals (or 3 minutes)
2 players race to win the ball.
player that wins ball must first protect the ball and look for opportunities to score in either mini goal by creating an angle to shoot or by taking on the player that doesn't win the ball.
Player that doesn't win the ball must put pressure on the attacker (keep them facing the wrong way) and look for opportunites to steal the ball to attack.
team points system:
1 point for winning and scoring
2 points for winning ball back (stealing) and scoring
play stops when ball goes outside of the area

Team 1 starts to attack first pair. Once they have attacked, they become defenders against team 2. Practice must flow from attack to defence very quickly. If defending team steal the ball, they can run the ball through 2 gates in corners

Ball passed from 1 server to receiver who transfers to other server (repeat)
the defender provides a little bit of pressure on the attacker but doesn't actively attempt to win the ball.
Receiver works on receiving ball under pressure and passing.
receiving priorities:
half turn, front foot (furthest from defender), control with top of boot, outside or inside (when allowing ball to travel across body)
