1. Wide player A makes pass 1 to player B and moves to blue cone. Defender activates on pass 1 to apply pressure to central player B.
2. Player plays pass 2 into player A, peels off wide and maintains width on right flank. Defender continues applying pressure on the ball.
3. Player A looks to play ball into Player C with pass 3 - who is doing agility cones at beginning of the sequence. Look to do within two touches.
4. Player C looks to cross into either Player B at the far post or player A attacking the top of the box. Defender looks deny the cross. Player A = two touch finish. Player B = 1 touch finish.
Once sequence completes, A becomes B, B becomes C, C becomes Defender. Defender moves to player A position in recovery.
Progression: Defender looks to win the ball from players A or B.

Players look to score by passing into opposing team grids. Teams can play into their own grids to utilize space, but if they lose possession in the grid, a point is scored by the other team.
Progression: Players move into the grid as the ball moves to score. Cannot stand in the grid and wait.

Sequence 1 - Play starts with the player on the outside, who plays a pass through the gate to their partner. They pass back within two touches and move to either side of the gate. Where they receive another pass, players must receive and pass back with their back foot. Switch after 2 mins. Progress to one touch pass back into partner, rotate after 2 mins.
Sequence 2 - Play starts with the player on the outside, who plays a pass through the gate to their partner. The receiver takes a touch with their inside foot towards the outside of the gate, where they play it back. They then move to the opposite side and receive a pass from the other side, repeating the motion. Switch after 2 mins.
