Organization of Session
Groups of 3, one can be the coach/trainer
This is a mobility/diving activity
Focusing on collapse dive save, pegging the ball to the floor, core toss and continue
Key Points
1 - Initial service is from yellow to blue, with toss played to outside hip/shoulder,
1a - Non-workers side shuffle in arc to rotate with worker
2 - blue steps and collapses, secures to ground then
3 - intiates to red GK from floor with "core toss" from the floor,
4 - gets up and moves to the right.
Continuous movement in pattern above for 45 secs to 1 minute, REST, rotate direction.
Coaching Points
Quality services and hard work, commitment to collapsing
Step, attack ball with hands ("W" position) and let body follows, collapsing from feet to shin, to outer thigh, to side, pegging ball to floor with entire side touching the ground
Keep eye on the ball, let body hit all together
No landing on elbow/elbows where I can see them and the ball
Core Toss - From pegged/side on position bring ball back two handed "W', snap with core and arms to throw/serve

Organization of Session
3 Flags, Sticks, Dummies set up in triangle, distance TBD by trainer based on GK range/age
3 servers 10-15 yrds off each target/dummy.
GK working starts on shoulder of dummy the direction they are working
Key Points
1 - Closest shooter (blue in this case) hit ball on floor hard to dummy, forcing reaction save
2 - GK low power dives, and parries ball out of circle with nearest hand, immediately reloads/gets set/attacks next dummy as next shooter hits next ball/target once parry is made
3 - Repeat all action above in 1 for 2, 2 to 3...
Then switch direction, 3rd shooter shooting 1st and so on to the left.
***Each GK goes right then left consectutively, then rotate to server, server becomes worker.
Coaching Points
Do not have to catch everything work - unrealistic in unrealistic situations
Mobility and footwork
Just react and commit, no guessing
Shoot nearest hand to palm "push" the ball wide of target
Immediate recover/ready position
Make 2 outta 3 saves as goal

Organization
Dummy 3 yards off inside near post endline
Training Stick 6-7 yards central off endline
3 servers lins up outside the 18/14 (U12 an under) with balls
GK starts behind dummy
Key Points
Green GK starts behind the blue mannequin/2 poles a yard apart.
1 - Server 1 shouts "Yes" in which the goalkeeper steps around the mannequin and takes a volley from Server 1 (catch/secure).
2 - The gk then side steps around the stick and makes a low save (collect or parry) to the right from Server
3 - The Gk gets up nice and quick and defends the goal from the flexi pole to the left post and makes the save (catch/secure) from server who strikes from floor.
Coaching Points
Catch and Secure - Proper hand and body poositioning behind the ball
Reaction save/low power dive
Show power
Make 2 outta 3 perfect
