Set up this game in one half of the Astro 

Multi Directional Game

4v4 + 1 transitional player

• Teams can score in any of the 4 goals 
• 3 passes must be performed before scoring - between 3 different players
• Transitional player offers to be an extra person for the team in possession to create and overload 5v4

• This game encourages to play in different directions - players must be able to play with heir head up
• Movement off the ball to receive and or create space
• Quality off passing & finishing

Wall Pass Game 1v1 with bounce players

Red Arrows - player movement 

Yellow Arrows - ball movement

Ensure to Swap Players around after 5 minutes

• Blue Player Starts with the ball and passes it to the red player
• Blue player immediately applies pressure to the red player to try and regain possession
• If the Blue player regains possession they have 5 seconds to score in the red players goal, if not they need to get a wall pass off the bounce player to score
• When the Red player receives the pass they can use any of the bounce players to create a wall pass scenario
• Bounce players move laterally up and down the side of the pitch to try and create the right angle and distance of support to receive pass from the red player
• Players must perform a wall pass before scoring
