Passing, receiving and control (15 mins)
Players run to the feeders, the feeders pass a ball to the players and they return the pass and turn back to their starting position
Feeders are switched regularly
Coaching points :-
Check shoulder before reciving a pass
Use inside of foot to pass
Non-kicking foot positioned at side of ball
Use arms to balance
Pull foot away at point of contact to act as a cushion for the ball
