Session Objective:

Organization: 10 min
Set up : cones, balls, grid size to match players abilities (18 yard box)
Activity: Four to Five Players have a ball, their job is to dribble and find space. Players that don't have a ball look to want the ball ( Communicate)
The Player with the ball looks to pass to an open player when the opportunity is right. First round play to anyone, Second Round play only to your team colour. Third round play to another colour.
Players without the ball need to create a good angle to receive the ball
(good communication) - Eye Contact, vocal, body
Once the player, passes the ball they must get out of the grid (furthest cone possible) as quick as they can. Once they get back in can they look to get a ball.
Challenge: Every time you receive the ball with your foot you get a point.
If you can get of out the grid in 3 seconds you get a point
The Most points wins!

Organization: Multiple 12m x 12m (Adjust to Players needs) Balls, Cones, Bibs,
Activity: Rondo 4 v 1 8/10 min
Looking to create a diamond shape and keep possession. The Player in the middle holds a pinnie. Their job is to win the ball, if they do They give the pinnie to the player that lost the ball and now they become the defender. If a pass is made or loss of control, that player must go into the middle.
Players make 5 passes equals a goal. Players intercept the ball that's a goal/point

Attacking transition Rondo (15 mins)
Organisation:
- Create a 20 x 30 area with a line that splits the space in half
- 4 attackers and 1 defenders will start in one side of the area
Activity:
- Coach plays ball into 1 side (all restarts start with the coach)
- 1 Defender goes across to defend a 4v1 rondo (vary numbers)
- The team that recieves the ball are looking to combine as many passes as possible before losing the ball (every 3 passes is 1 point)
- When the defender wins the ball, he can either look to score in the pug net OR transfer the ball to teammates in opposite half (goal = 1 point, transfer = 1 point)

Final SSG (20 mins)
- Follow all laws of the game (retreat line)
- 4v4 or 5v5 with goalie
