1 Ball (To add difficuty use 2 balls)
Player B checks away and back towards player A who plats the ball into player B. B lays the ball back off to A, runs to the other side of the mannequin and receives the ball back from player A and passes into a checking player C. The same sequence is repeated at every mannequin.
Change directions
Coaching Points:
Timing of the check, quality of the lay-off, and pace of the through ball.

Player A dribbles at pace to the mannequin player B is starting behind, as A approaches, B pulls away from the mannequin and towards the ball and executes a give-and-go (wall pass) around the mannequin with player A who then passes the ball to player C who dribbles at player D's mannequin and executes a give-and-go. (Combinations are done on the sides of the diamond, players on the end dribble at mannequins on the sides)

Coaching Points:
Dribble at the mannequin with pace, wall player gives a good angle for wall pass, disguise the pass into the wall player by using the outside of the foot, play the wall pass with the correct foot, play the wall pass into space.

Player B checks away and back to the ball, player A plays to player B who lays the ball back to A, spins out and receives a throgh ball, player B then passes to player C who plays to the checking player D who lays off to C, spins off and receives through ball, etc..

Timing of the check, spin away from the ball after the lay off to get turned quickly and create a good angle for the through ball, play the through ball into space.

Player B checks away and back to the ball, receives a pass from player A then dribbles inside and towards the mannequin by player C while player A overlaps, receives the pass from player B and plays into player C. Player C plays into player D who dribbles inside while player C overlaps, etc..

Dribble inside and at pace, disguise pass to the overlap by using the outside of the foot, verbal communication, play overlapping player into space.

5v5 to end-zones.
Must play teammate into the end-zone (onside) trying to use the combinations worked n the previous activities.
No defenders allowed in the endzone, however the team in possession can drop a player into their endzone for a back pass in order to keep possession if needed.

Coaching Points
Have the receiving player pull away from the defender (mannequin), receive the ball across their body, take the first direction of the next pass, accurate pass with appropriate pace.
Can encourage pace of play by having players attempt to "catch" the ball ahead of them.
