Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Progressions:
- Reduce numerical advantage.
- Allow defenders to recover.
- Limit touches.
Regressions:
- Increase attacking numbers.
- Increase pitch size.
- Add a neutral player.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
- Can you create a 2v1 before playing forward?
- Attackers score by finding the spare player and then playing forward.
Coaching points:
- Identify where overload can be created
- Find spare player
- Move defenders
- Rotate positions
- Exploit quickly
