Organization:
Put two cones in front of eachother (32 feet) and in the center two different colours cones to create a gate.
Each gate has to have two different colours, so the player knows which side to go (players don't know left/right).
Instructions:
Each player is standing at a cone. The will dribble around the right side of the gate and will end at the opposite cone. The players have to go at the same time (they can say GO to eachother). First let the players just dribble around they gate so they know how the drills works. When they players understand they can do different moves before the gate (the gate is a defender). The players can make a:
- Body Fake
- Sole Role (left to right)
Coaching Points:
- Small touches on the ball, after every step a touch on the ball
- To make a body fake the players have to make a big step to left and then touch the ball with there right to the right side.
- With the sole role they have to put there left foot on top of the ball and role the ball to there right.
If players can do all the moves you can add:
- Scissors
- Step overs

Organization:
Create a box from 2x2 yards. With two cones 3 yards away from it.
Instructions:
The player at the cones is trying to pass the defender in the box. If the player makes it he is going to the box next to it. If the player didn't made it he will be the defender. The attacker has to make a scissor or a step-over.
Coaching Points:
- Start on time with your move
- Make your move big enough
- Watch over the ball

Organization:
Set up two fields (32ft x 20ft) with two small goals on each side. Next to the goal put a cone where the players can line up.
Instructions:
On one side all the players have a ball, on the other side players are lining up without ball. The player with ball is passing the ball to the other side when they starting with 1 vs 1. When the ball is out of play or when it's goal the players will switch and the next player can play.
When the player scores a goal he get one point, when the player make a scissor or a a sole role he gets 2 point.
