Organization:
Field is split into two
one team per side
target players at the opposite end of the field
Instructions:
Players aim is to complete 3 passes within their team then try to pass the ball to their target player opposite. if they complete the pass, they keep possesion, if the reds intercept they repeat with the ball.
Coaching points:
open to receive pass
think quick and know what next move should be
Progression:
1 player from opposite team can enter opponents half to create a 3v1

-3v3+1 including goalkeepers.
Instructions:
-Every restart must come from the goalkeepers.
Coaching Points:
1. Neutral player stays central. White players split wide when goalkeeper is in possesion.
2. Recognize where pressure is coming from to decide if you can turn and face up or play back to goalkeeper if pressure is closing quickly.

-4v2 Rondo.
-Extra balls around.
Instructions:
-Connect passes.
-10 passes in row or splits; defenders stay in again.
-If defender touches the ball, defeder who was in longest comes out.
Coaching Points:
-Movement off the ball to support.
-As defneder gets closer to player on the ball, support must get closer to provide a better angle.
