Set-Up
- 6vs6 in the middle + 2 nuetrals and a GK
- 2 small nets in defensive half
- Posesession team defend the big goal.
Instructions:
- Ball starts with the GK who takes a goal kick. When the ball passed three blue defenders pressure the ball
- Three reds look to break the press and attack the mini goals. If the blue regain possession the field is unlocked for free play.
Coaching Points:
- If one player pressures what do the two teammates do? Do they provide cover? Balance to cut off switching the fields.

Instructions
- Teams are to play in 1 direction only, On reaching their target player the target player is then to play into the opposite team who then attack the opposite end.
- The defending team attempt to press the ball and stop the other team from playing forward passes.

Instructions:
- 1st goal wins, 3-minute games
- When a team comes off the new team dribble in and chooses which goal to score on.

Organization:
- 8vs4 and 7vs3 (for a team with fewer players) Or 6vs3
- 30x30 area
- 4 nets in each corner
Instructions:
- The 6 attacking players get a point for every 5 passes
- If the defender wins the ball they can score in either call
- play for 90 seconds and then defenders switch
