Transition to Counterattack on the Wing 4v3:
Set up field as shown in diagram (approximately 20x35m)
Offense on one side dribbles onto the marked playing field and attacks the goal in front of them 4v3.
The defending side attempts to prevent the attach and, if able to gain possession attacks the mini goals in front of them.
If a team scores or the ball goes out of bounds, the other side attacks (and alternating between reps continues
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Progression could include adding more defenders or tightening the field dimensions
Regressions could include expanding the field dimension and making it a 4v2 rather than a 4v3
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Challenges could include incentivizing one-on-ones by awarding additional points for successful take-on
Conditions could consist of a touch limit
Targets could include scoring a certain amount of goals

Small Sided GameThe small sided game should build off the previous drill, but be executed in a game like environment. The same concepts should be emphasized as live play is occurring.
Set Up:
From previous drill, remove cones separating field to create 1 large field
Offense as a whole is now trying to score on the full size goal; Defense is attempting to regain possession and score on either of the mini goals.
Play is live once the coach in-bounds the ball to the offense
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Progression adding additional defenders, tightening the field dimensions, or time requirements to have a shot on goal (i.e. 10 seconds)
Regressions removing a defender or increase playing area
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Challenges could include incentivizing one-on-ones by awarding additional points for successful take-on
Conditions could consist of a touch limit
Targets could include scoring a certain amount of goals or switching the field of play before beginning an attack

Simple 5v2 Rondo
Defense passes the ball to the offense.
Offense attempts to complete passes, for every 10 passes an additional defender comes onto the field
To encourage defensive principles, dimensions of field should be 10mX10m to create a tighter space
If Defense is able to intercept the ball they must dribble the ball out, and can pass amongst themselves to do so. Offense must repress to regain possession and resume passing
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Progression: Limiting touches or not allowing an offensive player to pass back the ball to the player they received the pass from
Regression: Expanding the size of the field
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Challenges can include touch limit
Target could include achieving X number of passes
