Organization:
Set up 20x45 rectangle subdivided into 3 areas. f
3 groups of 4 set up as shown with 2 neutrals
Instructions:
- 4v1 in box
- team in possession trys to connect set number of passes (3 or 4), then play the ball to the opposite side.
- if the ball is succesfully played across the area, the receiving team controls the ball and looks to connect their own 3 or 4 passes before switching the ball back with another pass
- defending team sends in a new defender from the middle zone every time the ball is switched
- 1pt for succesfully playing the ball accross the area, bonus point if the ball is played over the heads of the defenders
- if defending team wins the ball, or it is played out of bounds, the defending team is replaced by the team that lost possession.
Ball can be moved around to other side using the neutrals but no points are awarded.

Organization: Create field of play 30x45. Divide into 3 sections. 2 attacking areas 20 yds wide and one central area 5 yards wide. 2 Teams are 7v7 comprised of a GK -4 central players and 2 wide target players. Starting position for each team will be one forward player in their respective half along with 2 wide target players. a midfield player will be opposite each other outside the play area and 2 defenders in their respective half.
Activity: Coach will serve the ball in to the empty midfield area. The two opposing midfield players will attempt to secure the ball. Whoever secures the ball, immediately attempts to attack their opponents goal. Team that wins posession can send one of its defenders into the attacking zone to create a 5v3 overload. Wide players players cannot enter the field of play and must play maximum 2 touch.
If a goal is scored or ball goes out of play. the game resets. Each team must always have at least one player remaining in the attacking half.

Equipment: 9 cones, 7 players,1 ball
Setup: Create a 15x15 grid separated into 4 quadrants with the cones. Place 2 players in 2 of the quadrants and one player each in the other 2 quadrants. Place a defender in the middle
Activity: Ball starts in a quadrant with 2 players. Players can play one pass to the partner in their grid. They in turn must pass to either of the grids that contain only one player. When the pass is played one of the players from the other quadrant must run into the receiving players grid to support and the cycle repeats. Defender attempt to win the ball and can play out to the coach.
Key Points: Head up. Communication. Accuracy of pass, pace of pass, good mobility to support.
