Work on dribbling and running with the ball. Show the players how and when to dribble when the opponents are pressing high and allow them to experiment with different moves, at different speeds.

Objective: Work on dribbling skills on a gym court
Set up: Set up as many stations as needed, to minimize lines. Use 3 variations of obstructions as shown.
Instructions: On coaches command, start from a stopped position and dribble to the end of the course, and back. Pass the ball to next person to continue the course. Remember to work on both feet, every part of the foot and encourage change of speed.
Key words: Smaller touch, move faster, can you try it this way.

Objective: Show players situations of how to create space or a 2v1 in order to dribble forward
Set up: On a half field, set up an endline and countergoals as shown. Play 3v2 with FUTSAL rules. For at least 10 reps, start with the ball at yellow everytime. After the game has a achieved a certain flow, use the sidelines.
Instructions: At the coaches command, the yellow players look to dribble into the endline. Points are awarded once the yellow has dribbled into that space. White can win the ball and dribble into the counter goals for points.
