ORIENTATION | High Build Up & Attacking Play (30 mins)

1. HIGH BUILD UP - STRUCTURE 3-2 / 2-3

- Start with Black in possession.

- Black - build up play to progress into ATT half. N has 2 touches. Transition to defend the box/goal.

- Orange - press with 2-3-1 shape. Counter attack aggressively to score on goal.

- 2 Rounds - 5 min x 2 min 

2. ATTACKING PLAY 5v4+GK - INDIVIDUAL ATTACKING MOVEMENTS

- Start with Orange player passing the ball to Black player in the HS.

- Black - anticipate the uncovered ball and perform movements to create & attack space to score.

- Orange - defend your 1v1. The player passing to start the play recovers to defend after attacker 1st touch. Score on mini goals at winning possession. 

- 2 Rounds - 5 min x 2 min

HIGH BUILD UP & ATTACKING PLAY

- Start with Black in possession.

- Black - build up play to progress into attacking half. Must find 3-9-10 to penetrate into Final 3rd and score on goal.

- Orange - defend in 4-2-3-1. Back 4 can't defend passed the blue line. Only one of the midfielders can recover to defend. Counter attack aggressively to score on goal within 10 seconds.
