Set-Up:
In Possession Team – Blues (Coached)
Set up in a 1-4-2 formation (representative of a 1-4-4-2).
Out of Possession Team – Red (Managed)
Set up in a 1-4-3 formation (representative of a 1-4-3-3).
Pitch Size: Half of pitch.
Play starts from the server positioned at the half-way line.
Blues aim to create overloads in attacking areas.
Reds counter-attack by playing into two small target goals or the server upon winning possession.
Coaching Focus & Key Points:
