Explosive GK Leg work out
GK starts in a semi squad position in one leg, when the Coach gives the ok the GK jumps over the obstacles from one cone to the other and landing on opposite leg holding that position for 3 seconds.
The GK will return by jumping from that position he or she held for 3 seconds over into a set position and than traveling through back to starting spot by skipping over the obstacles with a big Jump on the last hurdle into the initial starting position.
Once the GK returns into the original starting position after cycling through the obstacle, the GK will hold that position until the Coach releases the GK into a hop through, high jump forward finishing off with a sprint.
