 POSSESSION 4V4+2 (2 DIRECTIONS)

Two teams of four players or needed play 4v4 possession in a area. Each team attacks two directions. To score, teams play into one target, get it back, keep possession then find a way to go the other direction and connect with the target on the other side.

Variations:

Place  a number of passes that have to occur before they can play into a target.
