Set Up Of Drill (15 mins)
1) The aim of this drill is for players to be formed in a traditional rondo. (Group of 7/8 with 2 interceptors)
2) Players will perform the rondo as usual and interchange if a pass is intercepted or misplaced.
3) On the coaches signal/whistle, players will have to run out to the first set of cones (15 yards) and back to the line.
4) The players will then run back out to the second set of cones and back(30 yards) into the rondo square.
5) The last two players to enter the square will start the next rondo as the interceptors.
6) This drill will usually last for 10-15mins.
