Set Up: 20x25 yard grid with 5 yard end zones l. 4 teams of 3 players each.
Description: 3v3 in the attack with team of three Defenders cannot go into end zones. dribble into end zone to score.
Coaching Points:
When and where to dribble and pass.
Creativity in the dribble.
Movement and creative runs to get open.
Moves and turns, attack at pace making defenders commit.
Progression:
Add numbers of players and size of field.
Make goals smaller or bigger.
Add neutral players on the outside to bounce off of.

Set Up: 30Lx20W y grids with smaller goals. Have 2 grids set up for larger numbers so there is no long lines.
Description: 2v2 purple team looks to attack, if the blue team wins the ball they look to counter attack quickly the other way, adding 2 attackers from the side to make it 4v2 in the counter. Ball always starts with the attacking team, after time limit switch roles. When the ball goes out of bounds 2 new teams come on, make sure you rotate the player on the side.
Coaching Points:
1. Dribble with speed and change of direction
2. Dribble with inside or outside of foot depending on where defender is.
3. Recognizes when to shoot
4. Moves to change direction and move to beat players.
5. Passing with instep
6. Creativity.
7. Recognizes numbers up situation
Progression:
Add numbers to attack and defense
Time limit to counter and score ex: 5-7 seconds

5v5 + 2 outside wing backs or outside mid players
Regular game but 2 outside new players come on each time there is a change in possession. to create 7v5 situations quickly on outside. Neutrals can go anywhere but must go off when team loses possession.

6v6 transition- Team B will attack team A, if they score then they recieve a ball from the GK and try to get back into middle neutral zone, and then attack team C on opposite side. If team B does not score then team A trys to get into the middle neutral zone and attack opposite side C. Working on constant transition from defence to attack and attack to defence. Focus on when to keep posession and when to attack with speed. Also learn when to counter attack quickly to get into neutral zone to gather players to attack opposite side.
