Organisation

Use flat markers to create a square, STEP - size depends on numbers. Create enough room for the players to make sapce to receive, but not too big that the defender can;t adde presseure. High cone in the centre to help the players keep their heads up. 1 ball. Have spare balls at the side of the pitch to keep the game going.

Instructions

4 attackers - 1 defender. Attackers must keep possession of the ball, by trying to move into space to receive the ball, creating passing lines for the team mates to pass.

Defender in the middle has a bib in hand and must try and win the ball, either by tackling of intercepting. When the defender wins the ball they must dribble the ball out of the square.

Play for 1 minutes then swap defender / attacker.
