Not full pitch but set up as session would be
Area split into 3 zones with 4 players in each: Centre zone is where the defending team will be:
AIM:
Can end zone make 5 passes without 2 defenders getting the ball?
Once 5 passes have been made can team look to swicth the ball to oppsite zone? if the ball is switch spare defedners will then enter zone and try and win the ball.
If team lose possession they then become defenders and enter defending area and repeat prossess:
Challenges:
Can players keep possession under pressure?
Can players sucessfully tranfer ball?
Can 2 working defenders win ball back?
Can 2 defenders left in defending area close off passing options?
Can players make sure passing is fast paaced and quality ?
