Instruction:
Play begins with one side attacking the defender and trying to score by dribbling the ball through either of the cones on the opposite end. If the defender wins the ball, the defender counter attacks and has to score by dribbling through the gates at the attacker's end. The defender and the attacker switch sides after each turn.

Instructions:
Coach plays the ball to one team to get game started. The team in possession attempts to score on any of the 3 goals by dribbling through gates. Gates on corners are worth 1 point and middle gate is worth 3 points. After a point is scored, the scoring team plays the other way.
Use throw ins and off-sides.
