2 minutes on then change defenders - defenders go to end transition players (red)
Blue players and red in the grid keep possession of ball staying inside one grid attempting to connect 5 passes
After 5 or more passes they can then transfer to red player in opposite side
All players except the red that was in the original rondo transition to the other grid and continue

Team in possession attempts to move ball from bumpers to bumpers

Blues to start w/ball GK and attempt to score in 3 small goals placed on the halfway line
Alternate in green players to keep fresh
Coaching Points:
WB's press high on flanks in possession - Do we notice how formation changes when we press high
CB's to play out to edge of 18 in possession

Back 4 do not dribble out, look to combine and join attack
Isolate opponent to cue off of them

Once 10 have arrived split into 2 4v1 and continue to add on to each group. Next arriving go inside to make a 2v4, then continue to add on to outside keeping 2 in the middle...4v2, 5v2..etc.
