Three teams of 4-5 plus 2 gks. One team(black) splits up into defensive opposition while Orange and Blue team attack goals. Coaching points: Use drop back to thrower, then run away/take defender away. Look for body position anticipating recieving and hitting a 1st-time cross. Look for runner before ball comes to you.
