If player with ball pass through the gate, they will get +1 point for the team. If defender are able to get the ball back, the play is over. After the play, players go back to same spots. Wins team with biggest amount of points. Rotate roles after 3,4 minutes.

1 - In a big lane, players with the ball will drive it to end of the lane, make a quick turn(see turns below) and go all the way back to give the ball to a team mate (max 3 players per ball). Players must dribble the ball close to the body and trying to keep the head up.
2 - Now, we will have 2(3) players going from each edge of the lane at the same time. They will need to keep the head up to make sure they will not hit the other players with ball. When they get to the end, they give the ball to the next.
Coach can put challenges to make it more intense: can everybody go at least twice in 1 minute? Can we go for 2 minutes without any of the players hitting each other with the ball?
3 - Now, two players on the sides will start passing the ball through the lane. All players must work together. If the ball hits one of the players, the whole team loses a point (or do some extra work. Example: every time the ball hits someone, everybody will do 10 toe taps in the end). This will demand a lot of scan, choose (the right time to go) and do from all the players. Players also will work on timing(should I pass it now? a player is coming near, should I pass the ball a little harder to make sure he will make it?).
