Set Up:
Players to play a 3v3 in each area with the teams to rotate every 5 minutes.
Aim:
To pass within a tight space

Set Up:
Goal Goalkeeper at one end of the area. Players work in groups of 3 with 1 x team attacking the goal 1 x team defending the goal. If attacking team score they immediately become defenders, the defending team goes off a new team attacks the goal. Defending team attempt to combine play ball back into the coach. If successful they go off attacking team become defenders.

Aim:
Players should look to use overloads and through balls to score goals
Coaching Points:
Look for moments in the game where overloads ad through balls are played. Make sure to coach these moments by giving immediate feedback in the flow, pulling a player to the side and speaking with them and speaking to the group as a whole to replay an overload / through ball moment.
