Organization:
Use the Centre Cirlce or create a circle of that aprx size
2 Teams of 6 players each team
1 Team of players on outside of circle with ball w white pinnies - Servers ,
1 Team of players on inside of circle, no ball w blue pinnies - Targets
Instructions:
White team server serves the ball to blue team target, who then return it to server using the following sequences:
Sequence 1 - Wall Pass - 1 Touch
Sequence 2 - Volley
Sequence 3 - Thigh
Sequence 4 - Chest
Sequence 5 - Header
Sequence 6 - Diving Header
Once completed the sequences, switch teams so servers become the targets
Coaching Points:
Body behid the ball.
Attack the Ball
Eye on the Ball, Good First Touch
On ball of feet in ready position

Instructions:
Players are set up in corners of the area with each having a soccer ball to use.
Assign 2 designated defenders in the middle. First plaeyr from each corner with ball will progress with the ball and attempt to reach the opposite diagonal side without losing possession of the ball.
If defenders dispossess the attackers they attempt to score in the goals on the outside of the are
Progressions:
1- Coach can use verbal cue to tell only TWO attacker to play so defenders know which and only 2, attackers will enter making it more difficult for attackers to score
2- Weak Foot Dribble Only

Organization:
20x20 Grid, goal as target,
1 line of defenders on one side of goal in White Pinnie
1 Line of attackers opposite end of grid in Blue Pinnie
1 Server (GK)
Small target on the side line of grid, with cones
Instructions:
Server (GK) plays ball to attacking player, with hands and / or feet (A)
Attacker receives ball and progresses to goal to score (B)
As the ball is played and travels to attacker, defender comes out to play a 1v1 (C)
If defender wins the ball, they try to dribble between the cones to score.
Once sequence is done, go back to original line. Don't switch lines.
Switch after 4-5 minutes.
Keep score = Team Blue vs Team White
Progression:
1- Can move into a 2v2
2 -Weak foot passing and receiving
Coaching Points:
Attacking - Attack the Defender and Goal, Change Pace / Direction.
Receiving - Body Behind Ball, Eye on Ball, Attack Ball, Good 1st Touch
Passing - Flat and Firm, Part of Foot, Weight / Pace, See Target - See Ball.

ORGANIZATION:
50 x 40 yd Playing Area. 6v6. Include Goalkeepers. Use different formations for each team, white is 1-3-1, and black is 2-1-2.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Free Play. Try to score more goals than the opposing team in the alotted game time.

Warm Up - Continuos / Dynamic Movement w Ball (5 mins)
ORGANIZATION:
All 12 players are in the centre half circle (or equivalant size if circle not available for use)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Each Player has a ball, Moving around the circle. Challenge is to achieve as many touches as possible on the ball in 5 to 10 mins, depending on alotted. Use ball skills from previous sessions:
(scissors, step overs, chucks, V Pulls, L Pulls, drags, pull backs, turns, cuts, maradona, cruyf, inside/outsides, switch ball, keep ups, rollies.....combine 2 moves at one time,....etc)
OBJECTIVES:
Use different parts of the feet
Changing directions often
Tempo of movement
Awareness of whats around them
