Setting

Players : 12( two GK)

Group: 2, (5 players per group)

Dishes: 4, Cone: 6

Time: 15 min

Introduction

GK will distribute the ball to the player ,then player receive the ball and run with ball through Cone passing to opposite goalkeeper.

Alternatively, both the Goalkeepers serve the ball to the right players and then left players.

AIMS:

1.Training Reception:

-Body preparation ( Angel and Shape)

-First Touch

2. RWB

Coaching Point:

1. Body Angel need to face both the ball and destination (Cone )

2. use Far Foot and Near Foot (depends on the ball served from GK and opponent)

3. First Touch: Hard and Soft.

Hard ( due to opponent or next action by using inside or outside of feet)

Soft ( half-stop by the bottom of foot to pull and roll the ball)

4. Head Up to keep the vision

5. Cut the line when due with opponent

6. Speed up after control the ball.

Progression:

1. To check the opposite player where go to the target cone and go to difference cones.

2. Break Run to control the ball

Remark:

1. Hard Touch - 1 or 1.5 steps distance

2. Break Run - Reception: run forward, backward to receive the ball by near/ back foot . Run backward, forward to receive the ball by far /front foot.

3. Front Foot pushs forward and back foot roll/pull forward.

Introduction

Defender1 ( Blue Color ) will run with the ball and pass the ball to the GK ,then GKserves the ball to the player 1 ( Red Color ) and he pass the ball to teammate/player 2 and also supports ( Progression 2) the player 2. Defender 1 afterpassed the ball, he will run to player 1 to give the pressure and then run totackle the player 2 .The player2 will control the ball and run with the ball topass or shoot the opposite Goalkeeper.

 

AIMS:

1.Train up Reception under stress:

-Decision Make / Independence Tactic

-FirstTouch under stress

Introduction

Defender 1 after passed the ball, hewill run to player 1 to give the pressure and then run over the dishes to chasefor the player 1 . The defender will come out from the opposite goalkeeper toprepare tackling the player 2 who will control the ball and run with the ballto attack Goalkeeper by co-operating with player 1.
