Introduction
Defender1 ( Blue Color ) will run with the ball and pass the ball to the GK ,then GKserves the ball to the player 1 ( Red Color ) and he pass the ball to teammate/player 2 and also supports ( Progression 2) the player 2. Defender 1 afterpassed the ball, he will run to player 1 to give the pressure and then run totackle the player 2 .The player2 will control the ball and run with the ball topass or shoot the opposite Goalkeeper.
AIMS:
1.Train up Reception under stress:
-Bodypreparation (Angel and Shape)
-Decision Make / Independence Tactic
-FirstTouch under stress

Player1
1. BodyAngel need to face both the ball and destination (player 2)
2. UseFar Foot and Near Foot (depends on the ball served from GK and the defender)

3. BodyAngel need to face both the ball, player 1 and defender.
4.First Touch: Hard and Soft.
Hard (due to opponent or next action by using inside or outside of feet)
Soft (half-stop by the bottom of foot to pull and roll the ball)
4. HeadUp to keep the vision (always to check opponents )
5. Cutthe line when due with opponent
6.Speed up after control the ball.
Progression:
1. Break Run to control the ball
2. Take out the cone and encourage shooting
3. 2 vs 1
Remark:
1. HardTouch - 1 or 1.5 steps distance
2.Break Run - Reception: run forward, backward to receive the ball by near/ backfoot . Run backward, forward to receive the ball by far /front foot.

Introduction

Introduction
GK will distribute the ball to the player ,then player receive the ball and run with ball through Cone passing to opposite goalkeeper.
Alternatively, both the Goalkeepers serve the ball to the right players and then left players.
