Organization:
1. 40 x 40 yard area
2. Create 3 teams
Instruction:
Split the group into three teams and one of the teams starts by defending while the other two teams are trying to keep possession by working together only using one ball in a large area. The team that gives away the ball becomes the defending team and the other two teams are keeping possession working together. 5 passes = point for two teams keeping possession
Progression:
The defending team will defend for a set time. During this time add two goals on each end of the field for the defending team to score into immediately after winning possession. The two teams keeping possession still earn points by connecting 5 passes.
*If you don't have goals, you can have the defending team dribble the ball outside the playing area for a point*
