As above - Hurdles
Hurdles and/or ladders, agility poles/flags
Organization
Two groups working at the same time
Station 1: Players work through hurdles, collect the ball dribble to red cones, turn and dribble back
Station 2: Players work through the ladder, sprint around the flag, come back through and receive a pass, dribble to the red cones. End player comes back to the start.

25 Long x 8 Wide
Organization
Ball starts with pass to the nearest player, who recieves on the back foot to open up and play to the next player, once the last player receives the ball at the opposite side he dribbles at speed to the gate and passes through.
Progressions
1) Change direction - players swap sides
B) As shown. Ball is played to the 2nd player who plays back to 1st player who plays into the end

Speed of play - 1/2 touch

Penatly Area
4x4 area just outside the box as shown (distance from the goal dependant on the players ability)
Organization
Players set up as shown.
Player A starts with the ball and passes to B who checks open. Player B passes quickley into C who has one touch and one shot from inside the box. Players follow their pass and a new ball starts from the opposite side, D.
Progressions
1) When player C receives the ball he plays a pass back to B, player B dribbles/shoots from an angle
2) When player B receives the ball B plays back to A, player A plays into C who finishes 1st time

Speed of Action - Quick passing/shooting
Quality of touch before shooting
Accuracy of finish, in corners away from keeper, through keepers legs etc

Organization
Players set up as shown.
Two Yellow players A start as targets, two others play through the middle
Four Black players play as bumpers/neutral
Four White players C are defenders
To score, Yellow must connect from one outside target to the other
Progressions
Transition - If White team wins the ball they play to outside Yellow target players and switch with Black who move inside to become the new defenders.
Coaching Points
Speed of Action - Quick passing, quality possession
Timing of movement to the ball from central players
Counter movement, bring defender away to check back into space
