So this is an induvial drill/session for a striker:
It's a shooting quick fire drill that focuses on shots in the box, it starts with a coach or team mate on each cone feeding the balls into the striker in order it says on the session planner. each time the striker shoots he gets back to the edge of the box and then goes back in for next strike. every shot should be first time and just getting used to sliding the ball into corner the same way it's come from.
Progression:
- Could be changed to then shooting the opposite way the ball has come from so wrapping your foot around the ball.
- Balls could come into the striker bouncing and difficult to handle but then that makes it more game realistic.
