For the first 2 min block the Blue CM are't allowed to fully press the ball so they get an idea of how they can force the direction of play either around or over and the Blues must stay compact and narrow and blocking passing lanes centrally.
2nd 2 min block there will be full pressure from the Blue team which should allow more gaps to be exploited for the Reds to play through or over, this is where we could introduce one of the front three dropping in creating an overload in midfield. Can the Blues be disciplined and keep their shape and wait for the triggers to win the ball back e.g poor slow pass, ball in the air, poor touch etc.

3rd and 4th Block played with no zonal restrictions except that only two of the Red team can be in the center circle at one time. How do the Blue team work on protecting the middle with rotation between the front three in to the center circle. Need good comunication between units, decisions need to be taken as which player is the most dangorous and leave the other one, are the CM doing a good job to block passing lanes in to the unmarked player.

Session Details
The Reds start off from the goal keeper, same rule applies to the end of the specific session with full pressure, the only restriction that only Two Red players and one Blue player are allowed in to the centre circle at one time, to make the rotation between the front three realistic they are only allowed to be there for 5 sec before they have to rotate out. If the Blues win the ball they can score but might be manage with a count down to score or limited touches. Last 5 min no restrictions on movement.
Challenge, conditions & Targets

2. One of the front three can move in to the central area creating an overload 2 v 1 before
dribbling or passing in to the final third. After the first tough in the circle Blue players can enter to apply pressure.

Session Details
Start off from the keepers to the RED CM the objective is to play through, over or around the opposition to the No 10 in the central area before transferring the ball to the front three in a 3 v 2 trying to score. If the Blue team wins the ball they are allowed to score. Players start in their own zones.
Both teams are working on the main principle of play but I will coach the BLUE team and manage the RED team. If the BLUE team are having more success with the ball they will be managed with conditions such as time limit to score, number of touches or limited touches.
Challenge, conditions & Targets
1. Players must try to break the lines of the opposition by threading split passes through the central area. Extra point if the score after breaking the line through the No 10.
