- 48x24 yard area laid out in red cones, with yellow cones 12 yards away to split the red cones.
- 14 Players
- 14 Red Cones, 7 Yellow Cones.
- 14 Footballs
- Players will pair with someone from the opposite team and go to a red cone. They will stand across from each other, one ball will be put on the center yellow cone and the other will be used for striking the ball.

- Play for 2-3 minutes, whoever has the higher score wins.

Progression: Move the cones further back for a longer strike.

Progression: Weak foot only.
Regression: Move the red cones closer to make the area smaller.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:

- Striking foot, toe down, making contact with the laces.
- Follow through and landing on your kicking foot.
