Method: 4 - 3 - 3 in attacking phase 4 - 1 - 5 or its 5 in attack 5 defending
Coaching Points: central defenders be alert to turnovers if players receive with back to goal stay high if the receive on the front foot drop off
wing backs - tuck inside to be compact but understand to shift if play goes outside
no 6 - either screen or help build up turnovers , 6 and 10 high and willing to join attack
7 and 11 - high and wide looking to get in behind
9 - always on half turn to either link or attack crosses

4-3-3 in defending phase low block 5 - 4 - 1
Coaching Points: understand how and went to drop into the 5 - 4 - 1 - if opposition build to our halfway line we defend the central areas quickly and shift either left to right whichever way they play the ball . we be calm and press as a group , communication is key

Method: shifting across as a team 4-1-4-1
Coaching Points: As we push them backways we move up together in a 4-1-4-1 we try not to leave gaps between our unit making it hard for them to find space and easy for us to turnover the play again we need to work together and communication is key

Method: opposition playing out 4 -1 4-1
Coaching Points: From their goal kicks our striker will cut off the keeper sending the play the way he has passed , at this point we quickly shift across we dont press the defender receiving unless its on we stay compact and close off all possible passing opportunities if we turn play over we attack quickly and with numbers .

Method: opposition throw in 3 - 3 - 3 - 1
Coaching Points: At this point we make the pitch as small as possible again compact is key as we process as a group we will keep 3 and 11 on the opposite side so if we win play we will switch the ball quickly and attack in numbers .

Coaching Points: Goalkeeper - in possession - Good distribution able to play short and long and must communicate with the backline - out of possession - must play as a sweeper
fullbacks - in possession - try to play out if possible always looks for forward passes to break lines and support if needed -recognise when to come infield when attacking and understand to shift across either to be the 1st to press or cover opposite side - be quick to recover and not dive in hold up the play.
Centre backs - in possession - Be perpared to receive off keeper - try to play positive passes play quick play forward if possible - be strong in the tackle and strong in the air - out of possession Recognise danger - hold your position - shift your defence - be good in your 1v1 .
Defensive mid - in possession - play line breaking passes - support 2 forward midfielders - try to build off centre backs -Play forwards - out of possession - screen centre backs - drop intp back 5 - block ball into strikers - win second balls
Attacking Mids - in possession - try to play quick combinations in midfield - link play back to front -support front 3 - play passes into space behind their back line - out of possession - Play high pressure high - try to intercept passes - break up play - try to force backways .
Centre forward - in possession - get shots off quickly - show for passes into feet to link play - Be on the half turn - attack crosses - out of possession - be unpredictable - press hard - fprce Centre back wide - cut off keeper .
wide forwards - in possession - Play high and wide - look for space in behind - provide good crosses - understand when to dribble or pass - out of possession - provide defensive cover -be fit -track back .
